How many users are included?
Every monthly plan includes 3 users. Additional app users cost $34.99 per user per month. App access follows the selected plan; Starter B2B Ecommerce includes unlimited admin and customer accounts, which are separate from additional app-user licenses.
What does the monthly subscription cover?
The selected plan includes standard onboarding and unlimited support. Monthly plans have no annual commitment. You can review separate annual pricing using the link above.
Are integrations included?
Supported integrations include QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Odoo and Epicor. Availability depends on the selected plan and your setup. NetSuite and SAP Business One have a one-time $500 setup fee; confirm the required plan and configuration with our team.
Is there a fee for implementation?
Standard onboarding is included. Optional concierge services start at $500 as a one-time charge for extended assistance with setup and data migration. Integration setup fees are separate from the monthly subscription.
Are payment-processing fees separate?
Yes. The published credit-card processing rate is 3.9% + 30¢ per transaction. Transaction fees are separate from the subscription. Confirm availability for your business and region with our team.
