Which mobile printers work with inSitu Sales 2.0?
inSitu Sales 2.0 supports Zebra mobile printers, including iMZ, ZQ300 Plus, ZQ600 and QLN families, Bixolon SPP-R300 and SPP-R200, and Woosim WSP-i350. Field teams can also use AirPrint-enabled printers over Wi-Fi, including the Epson WorkForce WF-100.
Can I print invoices from an iPhone or iPad while on the road?
Yes. Use a supported Bluetooth mobile printer or an AirPrint-enabled printer over Wi-Fi. The Epson WorkForce WF-100 is a portable AirPrint option for full-page documents. AirPrint uses Wi-Fi; it is a separate connection from Bluetooth.
Does inSitu Dispatch support Bluetooth and AirPrint printing?
Yes. Drivers can print through Bluetooth or use AirPrint-enabled printers over Wi-Fi. Choose the connection and document format that fit your delivery workflow, and confirm your specific Bluetooth printer model with our team.
Which printers work with inSitu Inventory?
inSitu Inventory connects to Brother and Zebra printers over Wi-Fi for warehouse and inventory printing. This is separate from Bluetooth printing in the field sales and delivery apps.
Is the Epson WF-100 a thermal printer?
No. The Epson WorkForce WF-100 is a portable inkjet printer for full-page documents. It supports AirPrint and wireless connectivity, including Wi-Fi Direct. Use it for full-page invoices; use a supported thermal mobile printer for narrow receipts.
Which Bixolon and Woosim models are supported?
The supported models listed for inSitu Sales 2.0 are Bixolon SPP-R300, Bixolon SPP-R200 and Woosim WSP-i350. Compatibility is model-specific, so the brand name alone does not establish support for a different printer.
Can I customize my printed invoice template?
Yes. inSitu supports customizable HTML-based templates with a visual editor, including separate templates for thermal printing and email/PDF documents. Adapt branding, fields and layout to the document and paper format you use.
How do I choose a printer for my team?
Start with your inSitu app, then choose Bluetooth or Wi-Fi and the paper format you need. Field Sales, DSD and Dispatch can use Bluetooth or AirPrint over Wi-Fi. Inventory uses Wi-Fi with Brother and Zebra. Confirm the exact model and run a sample document before equipping your team.
