inSitu Dispatch Creates ‘Strict Mode’ Route Settlement, & Bonus Features
Driver Verification
With route settlement enabled, the routes are no longer automatically updated on the inSitu Dispatch app until the admin specifically selects to send it to the driver.
Review The Route & Load Your Truck
When beginning a new route, drivers are required to review the route and manually verify that each product and its required units are loaded onto the truck.
Generate Daily Route Reports
During routes, drivers can view the Reports tab to see a summary detailing completed deliveries, any payments collected, returns processed from cancellations, and a product table accounting for the movement of each product throughout the day.
Reports are sent to admins for approval. Each metric is accounted for, and can be built into future reports.
Collect Mobile Payments On Invoices
Allow drivers to take payments on an invoice during their delivery to a customer stop.
Credit cards, cash, and checks are all accepted, with transactions recorded in both Payments, and in the inSitu Dispatch tab.
Cancel Stops During Delivery Routes
Give drivers the ability to cancel a customer delivery to a stop when it cannot be completed.
